Deana joined our team in 2007 and works with the Sales and Support Teams on client service issues that may arise. She has significant experience in dealing with utilities and other reporting agencies to acquire needed information such as various FERC filings, tariffs and regulatory and legislative research. Prior to joining our team, Deana was an Energy Analyst for Direct Energy. Deana holds a BA in Management and Operations from Bradford Business School.
